After completing payment, you will automatically receive an email containing an instructions how to upload your photos. In the form, you will need to provide property details and any required information for the video creation. Choose your preferred video format: 9:16 (Vertical) – ideal for social media and mobile viewing 16:9 (Horizontal) – ideal for websites and YouTube Please upload only property photos. Do not upload floor plans, EPC certificates, documents, logos, or screenshots. Upload photos in the exact order you want them to appear in the video tour. Make sure the photo sequence follows a logical walkthrough of the property (for example, avoid starting the video with bathrooms or utility rooms unless intended). Once your submission is received, production of your Basic Video Tour will begin. You will receive an email with final result
